General Information:
- A group consists of 13 or more people in the same order, including the group leader.
- One complimentary ticket for the group leader per order.
- All orders are subject to availability and are serviced on a first come, first served basis.
- If the order falls below 13, the order will not qualify for the group discount and tickets are sold at full price with applicable fees.
- Group sales are offered for select performances. Discounts vary on a show-by-show basis, and some artist restrictions may apply.
- A one-time handling fee of $15.00 is charged per order.
- Failure to submit payment by deadline will result in immediate release of your seats.
- Once tickets are printed, there are no refunds, exchanges or reduction of the group order.
- Your group will be recognized on our IMAG screens prior to the performance.
