Producers Mara Isaacs, Dale Franzen, Hunter Arnold, and Tom Kirdahy announced today that the live, West End capture of the Tony Award-winning best musical Hadestown will be released theatrically in North America on July 24, 2026.
Following the wildly successful First North American Tour, which played to nearly two million fans across 85 cities, a new tour of Hadestown will launch this October allowing the Tony®- and Grammy®-winning Best Musical to reach even more of North America.
The producers of Hadestown have announced the full company for the upcoming third year of the North American Tour.
In response to overwhelming audience enthusiasm and critical acclaim, the producers of Hadestown are thrilled to announce that the North American Tour will extend through the spring of 2024, adding engagements in cities across the United States and Canada.
Today, producers Mara Isaacs, Dale Franzen, Hunter Arnold, and Tom Kirdahy announced casting for the North American touring production of Hadestown, the Tony Award®-winning Best New Musical and winner of the 2020 Grammy Award® for Best Musical Theater Album, as the cast of the Broadway production gathers today for the production’s first post-shutdown rehearsal.
In a note from Marc L. Fleming, curator of the PNC Broadway in Pittsburgh series, scheduled performances of Beautiful and Hadestown will not go on as planned.
