OKC Broadway (Oklahoma City, OK) has revealed new updates to the upcoming season, which includes the postponement of the launch of Oklahoma!

A recent update to the organization’s website revealed several changes made for both the 2019/2020 and the 2020/2021 season. Following in the footsteps of venues across the nation, their season will begin in January with the rescheduled engagement of Stomp (January 15-17, 2021).

Shows prior to new year have been postponed but will be rescheduled. One engagement that has already been rescheduled is My Fair Lady, which will now be presented September 28–October 3, 2021. Rescheduled performances of The Office! A Musical Parody (January 27, 2021) have been pushed back to the fall of 2021, and current ticket holders may transfer their seats to the new dates.

Shows still awaiting a rescheduled date includes: Mean Girls (September 8-13, 2020), Blue Man Group (November 13-15, 2020) and Oklahoma! (September 27–October 3, 2020), which was scheduled to launch from the city. New dates will be provided once they have been announced.

Currently, the national tour of Oklahoma! will launch at the ASU Gammage (Tempe, AZ) starting December 1-6, 2020, but indications from other new touring productions may mean a delay to the new year.

OKC Broadway was successful in rescheduling several postponed performances from the 2019/2020 season. This includes Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (August 17-22, 2021) and Riverdance (June 1-3, 2021). If you had tickets to these events, they will be valid for the new dates.

After all of the changes, here is how the season currently shapes up:
