
Producers of the North American tour of the Tony Award®-winning Best Musical Moulin Rouge! The Musical have announced new casting starting December 23, 2025 in San Francisco.
Broadway stars Gabriela Carrillo and Ryan Vasquez will assume the roles of “Satine” and “Christian,” with Adéa Michelle Sessoms returning to the company, now in the role of “La Chocolat.”
Jay Armstrong Johnson, Arianna Rosario and Renee Marie Titus will take their final bows with the company on December 21.
Carrillo, Vasquez, and Sessoms are joined on stage by Bobby Daye as “Harold Zidler,” Jahi Kearse as “Toulouse-Lautrec,” Andrew Brewer as “The Duke of Monroth,” Danny Burgos as “Santiago,” Katilin Mesh as “Nini,” and Jerica Exum in the role of the “Satine Alternate.” The North American tour cast also features Amara Berhan, Rodney Thompson, Justina Aveyard, Mateus Barbosa da Silva, Gabriella Burke, Runako Campbell, Rhys Carr, Yossi Chaikin, Darius Crenshaw, Nicolas De La Vega, Nathan Fister, Jeremy Gaston, Collin Heyward, Jordan Fife Hunt, Charizma Lawrence, Katie Lombardo, Emerson Majarucon, Amanda Mitchell, Luke Monday, Kenneth Michael Murray, Brayden Newby, Luke Rands, Logan Gray Saad, Jeff Sullivan, Carmella Taitt, Jordan Vasquez and Jerald Vincent.

GABRIELA CARRILLO is a Mexican-American performer, songwriter, and Berklee College of Music graduate. She was previously seen as Catherine Parr in SIX (Broadway and 1st Nat’l Tour). RYAN VASQUEZ originated the role of “Middle Noah Calhoun” in the Tony-nominated Broadway production of The Notebook. He has also been seen on Broadway in productions of Hamilton, Waitress, and Wicked. He has been involved in the World Premiere productions of The Outsiders, Water for Elephants, The Janeiad, Schmigadoon!, Walk On Through, and The Wrong Man. TV, films, and albums, oh my! ADÉA MICHELLE SESSOMS has performed with Santigold in the “10 Years Golden” and “99 Cents” tours. Her credits also include the First and Second National Tours of Wicked.
